Where are we?
We are a few hundred yards up from Marks and Spencers going towards the Stamford Boys School, next door to The Hair House and behind Miss Pickerings the florist.
Where can I park?
Parking is available in Broad Street (except for Market Day on Fridays) and Wharf road is the closest pay and display car park to us.
Lateness policy: should you arrive late for an appointment the full treatment cost will be charged. However, as a courtesy to all awaiting clients we may have to shorten your treatment.
Cancellation policy: As a personal courtesy, we request 24hr cancellation notice to be given or we will have to charge for one-half of the service
No Show Policy: Where no notice is given and an appointment is completely missed the total treatment cost will be charged.
