• Where are we?
  We are a few hundred yards up from the George Hotel, just attached to the main bridge, opposite the Wharf road traffic lights.
• Where can I park?
  The Meadows, The George and Wharf road pay and display parking facilities are all close by.

What facilities do you have?

• Our bathrooms are on the lower ground and first floor - if you have difficulty with stairs please take this into consideration before you visit.

What is your cancellation policy?

• Lateness policy: should you arrive late for an appointment the full treatment cost will be charged. However, as a courtesy to all awaiting clients we may have to shorten your treatment.
• Cancellation policy: As a personal courtesy, we request 24hr cancellation notice to be given or we will have to charge for one-half of the service
• No Show Policy: Where no notice is given and an appointment is completely missed the total treatment cost will be charged.
